My Background
I spent years in professional services, leading at Partner level, before choosing a new path in coaching. That experience means I understand both the pressure to perform and the quiet cost it can take on people.
As a Chartered Accountant, former Big Four Partner, and qualified executive coach, I bring structure, strategy, and credibility to every conversation. My postgraduate studies in Creativity, Innovation & Entrepreneurship add a future-focused, creative lens — helping leaders think differently and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
