About Sinead
I work with ambitious professionals stepping into more senior roles who need to think more clearly, communicate with confidence, and operate at a higher level.
Before becoming a coach, I spent my career in professional services, including as a Partner in a Big Four firm. I understand the pressure, expectations, and complexity that come with more senior roles — and how easy it is to lose the space to think clearly.
My coaching provides that space.
